This morning (Day 7 of sample) I did a viability test using Raya and the Find Game in the dark. She was unable to locate the sample. See Phase 2: Dog 15 Day 7.
The results of the test relate directly to my question to Rachel in the last post. I will refresh sample this morning. And test it. IF it is viable I will use it for training but will be testing every 3 days. As of today, the sample is 77 days old.
There seems to be a correlation between sample stored and dormant and sample that is handled and exposed to light and air and handling on a frequent basis.
